AK has been brilliant the last 8 games since returning from his injury. When the Jazz acquired Kyle Korver I said that the player who would benefit the most would be AK. However, I thought the more spread floor would allow him to slash to the basket, I didn’t imagine that he would get red hot from 18 feet out.
Here is a breakdown of AK, pre Kyle Korver and with Kyle Korver

These numbers are unreal. Obviously, it is unlikely that AK can maintain this pace, but there is some correlation between AK’s play and KK arrival.

Sure Korver fits in well with the Jazz, Sloan loves him almost as much as Harpring, and winning 9 out of 10 was a nice little run. But how about a healthy dose of reality? The Jazz were already beating mediocre teams at home before they got Korver. Who have they beat on the road lately? The Clippers and Houston (without Yao). I'll believe Korver is the best thing to happen since SLICED BREAD after they start beating some decent teams on the road.
